1. Complete an approved Bowhunter Education course.
2. Pass a shooting proficiency test in 2012. Deadline is 27 June 2012.
3. Register on the ABA website (if you haven't already) and complete the online application. Deadline is 30 June 2012 at 6:00PM. 
4. Print a copy of your completed online application.
5. Print, read, sign and date the Part 2 Application Form in all three designated locations.
6. Write a $25.00 check or money order made payable to the City of Duluth.
7. Print a copy of this check list. Include it with your completed application. 
8. Application and payment must be received by 1 July 2012 5:00PM.

9. Make a copy of all of the above for your records.
10. Attend one of the mandatory orientation nights. 

Failure to meet any of these deadlines will result in your application not being accepted for the 2012 Hunt.
