One week left to take your proficiency test

The last day you will be able to take your proficiency test is June 27, 2018. Remember the application deadline is and always has been 6:00pm June 30. This mean your completed Part 2 of the Application and payment must be deposited in the ABA mailbox by 6:00 pm on June 30, 2018 or you will not be allowed to hunt in the City of Duluth in 2018. If you don’t trust the postal service to deliver your application on time, and you certainly shouldn’t at 8:00 pm on the 29th of June, you ought to consider hand-delivering it to the UPS store on West Central Entrance.
