Disability Application and Permit for Use of Crossbows

The ABA and City of Duluth will not be allowing just anyone to use crossbows within the City Hunt. Use of crossbows will be limited to those over the age of 60 years and to those who previously had medical permits issued through the State of MN. If a medical exemption is required for the use of crossbows, applicants will need to download the form on this site, have their physician complete the applicable sections, and present this form at the proficiency testing site. Proficiency testing sites will require this in order to test.
