Beginning in 2026, note the following deadline changes: Application deadline is now June 15. Deadline for postmarked mail to be accepted is now June 1. Proficiency testing is now February 15 – June 12.

For those still needing to do proficiency testing, please be aware that Chalstrom’s will be closed after 4:00pm on Wednesday, June 19th 2024 and all day on Saturday, June 22nd 2024.
